1. Gather Required Documentation

  • Rodent inspection certificate

  • FPL Disconnect Letters

  • Tree Preservation Approval

2. Submit Application

3. Plan Review Process

  • The relevant department will review submitted plans to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.

  • If revisions are needed, we will be notified so we can make and submit the necessary changes.

  • We can monitor the status of our application through the online portal.

  • Once all plans are approved, we will be notified to pay applicable permit fees.

4. Permit Issuance

  • We will be able to access and download the approved permits and stamped plans through the online portal.

5. Inspections

Once the work starts there will be inspections during the process and once finalized.
