Demolition & Plumbing Permit Process

1. Gather Required Documentation

  • Building Permit Application: For demolition, select the appropriate permit type and category on the form. For plumbing, select the permit type and category on the form.

  • Plumbing Fee Sheet: We will complete the plumbing fee sheet.

2. Submit Your Application

  • We will submit the permit application through their online portal.

3. Pay Upfront Fees

  • Once submitted, we will be prompted to pay a required upfront fee. The fees are determined based on the scope and size of the project.

4. Plans Review Process

  • Our submitted plans will undergo a review to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code and local regulations.

  • If corrections are needed, we will receive feedback through the online portal and address any required change in order to resubmit.

5. Permit Approval

  • Once all of our documentation meets all requirements, we will be notified upon approval.

  • We will then need to pay any remaining permit fees as directed.

  • Then we will print the permit cards.

6. Commence Work and Schedule Inspections

  • Once all permits are issued, we will begin the demolition and plumbing work.
